Having come to faith in college as a Biology major, I later went to Seminary to better understand how to serve him. That involved 20 years of Higher Education instruction and Pastoral ministry. Transitional ministry was something that just happened as a happenstance, which then led to a heart passion for significant and intentional Transitional Ministry. Intentional transitionary ministry has allowed me to focus on what the Church needs for focused and missional growth...disciples doing the work of real ministry.
